summers coming !

Hey folks - its June and the Sun is finally arrived in Aberdeen...I do hope it lasts! Its crazy I look at the fore cast and between Aberdeen and London there can be a good ten degree difference...you lot in the South have it good! These days when Dad calls from Bristol he takes great Joy in boasting about the Weather Thanks DAD! love you too. 

 

One of the Big projects that weve been working on is getting the Safe Space Vehicle for Street Pastors up and ready...and we are nearly there. Its going to be a great asset to the work the teams do on the streets. This Lorry will be parked in the centre of the Town right on little Belmont street! it couldnt be better than that right in the middle of the chaos of Friday and Sat nights! Peace amongst confusion, a place of safety and care in an area that can be a flash point at 3 am!

As you know I am doing more and more for Street Pastors and we are currently exploring what this is going to look like in the long term. you guys know my heart and my vision has always been to see the Christian community Encouraged - Equipped and Engaging in meaningful and transforming ways! The work of SPs is doing that. So please Pray you wonderful faithful friends.

JUNE:

• June 11th - Out on the Streets with SP Team. ( Love it ) so exciting to see our teams in the thick of it and bringing so much love! we have already prayed for more people that in the whole of last year!!! 
• June 14th Truck Launch and Press Release
• SP Vision night - Come and find out what all the fuss is all about!
  
• 17th and 18th Trucks first weekend / R and R Training in Glasgow
• 19th Preaching at New Life International (am)
• 19th Preaching at Westhill Episcopal church (pm )  OH busy weekend!
  
• 22nd Alpha City Church - Great bunch!
• 24th Preaching in Dundee ( Gospel Event )
  
• 25th Sri Lanka Sponsored Event Beach! ( Common and help us raise loads of cash for widows and orphans!!)
  
• 26th Preaching at City Church ( Looking at James...not me ! that wouldn't be good. But James 2 - faith and deeds - Inseparable pair! like "peas and carrots" to quote Forrest Gump! 
• 28th Teaching at DNA on what an evangelist is? ( better make something up that looks real good! )
  

July : first two weeks we may escape in search of that yellow orb that occasionally appears in the sky above Aberdeen! - far more frequent in Bristol! so my DAD says and constantly reminds me..
